Desa Park Chemor (2024 – 2025) – Freehold
A thoughtfully designed neighbourhood with 226-unit Double Storey Cluster Terrace Homes. The homes offer spacious open-plan layouts, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas– ideal for modern family life and everyday functionality.
The community is centred around a 1-acre landscaped park, creating a green focal point where neighbours can walk, relax, and gather.
Phase 1 on track for completion in early 2026.
