Steps to Redeem Your Discount:
1. Speak to a Falim Development Property Advisor for personalized guidance.
2. Submit the Repeat Buyer Discount Form for each new unit purchased.
3. Enjoy a Repeat Buyer Purchase Discount of up to 3% on the net selling price for each successful transaction.
There is no limit to how many properties you can buy under this program—as long as the required documentation is submitted.

2. If you can’t accompany them, ensure they mention your name at the point of purchase.
3. Submit a completed Buyer-Get-Buyer Referral Form.
